Old Court Nurseries LLP is a small independent plant nursery. Who grow and sell plants from their site in Colwall, Nr Malvern and a limited number of RHS shows and plant fairs.

Group 1. Voluntarily Signing Up to Mailing list
If you choose to opt in and join Old Court Nurseries mailing list via email, phone contact or post we will only collect and hold your name, address and/or email to allow us to send the information that you have requested. Either the snowdrop list or our main catalogue or both. These are only sent out once a year and only if requested. Hard copies of data taken via phone or in person or via post will be kept for the shortest time possible and then securely destroyed.
Legal Basis for holding data and length of time
Request by customer directly and specifically to be kept informed by email or post, by Old Court Nurseries directly, of information related to products sold by Old Court Nurseries and opening times of The Picton Garden. Also for the purpose of Old Court Nurseries replying to any queries they may have about specific plants.

Records are kept for five years as per HMRC legal requirements. After which they will be deleted or if there is a hard copy shredded.

Right for Accessibility
Old Court Nurseries agrees at all times to respect and maintain the rights of the individual. And so at any time a customer can request what data is held about them and receive that information in a timely fashion.

Old Court Nurseries takes your privacy seriously, and will only share your data in specific cases where it is necessary to do so, such as when you have placed an order in which case the contact details will be shared with a courier service to allow completion of the order.
